Yogi Etiquette
Just as a friendly reminder to all students to be peaceful yogi neighbors...
1. Arrive 10-15 minutes early; this allows for personal time on the mat to get into your body, to release the cares and worries of the day, clear the mind, and get set for class.
2. Stay for the entire class; hold to the commitment of staying in class for the 60 minutes - I may go a minute or two longer but its always worth it.
3. Do not leave as everyone is surrendering to Svanasana; THIS IS A CRUCIAL PIECE OF THE PRACTICE. Be patient for five more minutes ;)
4. Have a sense of humor; I love to laugh and to have a good time on my mat and its even more fun when the students do the same.
